Description:	The wind direction is flatlining and wind speed occasionally does not compare well with co-located ECOR. Problems with the height of the mount caused the vane to impact the bird deterrent spikes and "catch". Symptoms appear as winds coming out of a 255 to 270 direction for long period of times. The wind speed values are also affected as the wind monitor is no longer normal to the wind direction.
