Description:
At some point between 20100131 and 20100204 the shadowband slipped on the motor shaft.  
The cause is more than likely icing on the instrument.  We can't pinpoint when this 
happened as there are several continuous overcast days.  Day 20100205 was clear, so we know it 
occurred before then.
