Description:
Intermittent negative spikes in some channels and the head temp.  A start date of 20050401 
has been identified, but the problem may precede that date.  20050401 is the first date 
with obvious negative spiking.  The instrument was on its way to failure, which it did 
just moments after this DQR ends.

Interested users should examine the data closely, and remove affected points. Look for 
spikes in some channels, but not in others at the same time.

Description:
There was a feature in the data in the morning hours.  Field techs reported the shadowband 
was aligned properly, but the sun was partially striking the diffuser over the top of 
the shadowband.  Maintenance on 6/30 helped a lot, and 7/2 was the last day it may have 
still been an issue.
