Description:
A shading issue was first noticed on 5/13.  The following day was mostly overcast, but 
5/15 has a significant morning shading issue.  From 5/16 forward, however, the problem is 
exclusively in the afternoon (1800 - sunset).  Maintenance was performed on 6/18, and while 
it did not resolve the issue completely, data are not as bad afterward (1800 - 2300).  
Another maintenance attempt on 7/14 @ 1945 resolved the shading issue.

Description:
Instrument had a shading issue since reinstallation after calibration. Additionally, the 
heater controller failed on 20091121.  Prior to the heater controller failure, data from 
sunrise until 1800 UTC were fine.  After the failure, no data should be used.  Maintenance 
on 20091202 resolved both the alignment and heater controller issues.

Description:
Site suffered a shading problem affecting data between 1900 and sunset.  Initially the 
problem is extremely subtle, and for all practical purposes can probably be ignored.  On 
20100130, however, it becomes much more pronounced.  At that point the mentor suggest 
avoiding data from 1900 UTC until sunset each day until the end of the DQR.
