Description:
Beginning 6/19 ~1200 GMT, the upwelling longwave hemispheric data (up_long_hemisp) became 
erratic and spiked to extreme values.  Site ops found a broken wire on the multiplexer.  
Repairs were completed on 7/7/2010 ~1700 GMT and the unit returned to service.

Description:
After instrument replacement 8/5/2010 approx 1700GMT the short_direct_normal values became 
intermittent due to a failed NIP connector. Ops repaired the connector on 8/10 
rectifying the problem.

The short_direct_normal (NIP instrument) data are not recoverable during this period. 
Although there will be greater uncertainty the short_direct_normal can be reconstructed from 
the global and diffuse measurements for each minute of 
data using the following relationship:
down_short_hemisp = short_direct_normal*cos(zenith angle) + down_short_diffuse.

Description:
Beginning on 8/13, the MUX had unknown problems that affected the upwelling 
PIR(up_long_hemisp)and downwelling PIR (down_long_hemisp_shaded) and the downwelling 
shortwave(down_short_hemisp). MUX replaced 8/31 at approximately 1600 CST. Problem resolved when MUX 
replaced.
