SBS/GNDRAD/M1 - Reprocess: IRT calibration error

The IRT surface temperature reported was incorrect because the analog output configuration 
did not agree with the data logger scale factors. The IRT configuration was corrected 
1/18.

SBS/MET/M1 - Atmospheric pressure spikes

A nearby AC unit was causing +/-.05 (approx.) changes in pressure values, most frequently 
during the daylight hours but occasionally over night.  Corrective action was taken to 
shield the sensor 1/28.
