Starting at approximately 4:00 GMT on 02/16, the ECOR suffered from the "garbled" data 
condition, a result of a serial communication failure. 

All sensible and latent heat flux measurements are incorrect during this condition.

Description:
Pressure and temperature from the LI-7500 are missing. This did not affect the sensible 
and latent heat fluxes, however, much of the ECOR data is missing during this period.

Attempts to correct the problem were unsuccessful until the time of site decommissioning. 
This facility was decommissioned and maintenance efforts ceased 10/1/2009.
