NSA/TWRCAM/C1 - Field of view change

The tower camera failed due to a lack of connectivity at the power connectors at the 40 
meter tower beam. The beam was lowered and 2 jumper cables where installed to provide power 
directly to the camera and the wireless data transfer unit. The cables allowed the beam 
to be raised to ~10 meters. Decision was made to leave the camera at the 10 meter 
position over the winter until the connectors can be checked.

Field of view has changed due to the change in the mounting height of the camera.

NSA/TSI/C1 - Mirror frozen

The mirror was not rotating so the shadowband was not masking the sun. This appears to 
have been caused by snow that was melted by the mirror heater and then re-frozen by high, 
cold winds.
