Description:
This site suffered from a severe shading problem beginning on 3/24.  Data were affected 
from sunrise to sunset.  Do not use these data.  Maintenance on 6/11 partially fixes the 
problem.  After 6/11, data can be used from 1700 to sunset.  Maintenance on 8/5 finally 
resolved the issue completely.

Instrument RH values consistently exceeded MAX and did not compare well to surrounding 
sites.  Problem was apparent only when local RH values were in excess of 90%, usually
