Description:
On 05/20 during installtion of the new Campbell datalogger system and associated program 
the NIP (S/N 33551E6) was assigned an incorrect calibration coefficient.  A coefficient of 
116.01 W/m2/mV was applied when it should have been 124.378 W/m2/mV.
TWP reports SV0405D and SV0409D detail the activities which lead to this DQR.

TWP/SKYRAD/C1 - IRT serial number incorrect

Description:
The serial number was incorrect in the csi program for the skyrad. It was entered as 868 
when the correct number was 866 until 10 jan 2006 at 0145. It then should have been 1845. 
This does not affect data other than the once per day serial number and calibration field.
