Description:
Massive shading issue on 12/16 through 12/18.  It was obviously found and resolved on 
12/18.  On 12/22 it looks like the shadowband stops functioning altogether.  (It is likely it 
slipped on the motor shaft.)  It continues like this until 12/28 @ 1630 when an attempt 
was made fix the problem.  This was somewhat successful, but there is still a shading 
problem in the afternoon between 1730 and 2300 until 01/09/2008. 

Some data from 12/28/2007 - 01/09/2008 will be OK.  Don't use data between the hours 1730 
and 2300.  Avoid data from other dates described in this DQR.
