The net radiometer top dome was punctured by migrating birds.  This alone does not cause

               NOTE: The barometer was replaced later than the end date of 
               this DQR.  Why the problem ended on 26 Nov 2003 is unclear; 
               there was no site ops intervention on that date.

               The problem did not affect the sensible and latent heat flux 
               calculations beyond the expected system error.
