Description:
During much of the indicated period the Left T/RH Temperature was
incorrect.  Because the home signal was between 0 and 3, the 
temperature was incorrect when the AEM was at the bottom position,
but was correct when the AEM was at the top position.  This was caused by
a short created when the sensor was mispositioned in the aspirator
housing and enough strain on the cable for it to bring it into contact
with the housing in the bottom position.

Description:
The automatic exchange mechanism hung numerous times, but with various different 
measurements of home signals.  In all cases, temperature and humidity gradients were incorrect; 
thus the Bowen ratio, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux are incorrect for the 
indicated periods.  Even when the home 15 and 30 signals were different (but too high) the 
measurements were incorrect because the program keys off of the home signals, which must be 
in the proper ranges.

On 20050723, a series of metadata corrections and additions were completed.  These 
metadata changes apply to all EBBR.E13 data collected by ARM back to the installation of the

2) Addition of installation dates for systems
