Description:
The instrument was installed after winter calibration and the tube heater was found to be 
operating erratically. The purpose of the heating the tube is to keep condensation from 
forming on the window.

Though erratic, the tube temperature was generally warm enough that no condensation should 
have formed.  There was never any evidence of this in the irradiance data.  Since it is 
not believed to have affected the adversely, this DQR is being assigned as transparent.
