Description:
Immediately following the post winter re-installation, a shading problem is evident 
between the hours of 1900 and 0200 (spans midnight).  This continues until 4/10/2008 when an 
attempt was made to resolve the problem.  It helped some, but shifted the shading problem 
between the hours of 0200 - 1900.  On 6/19/2008 site maintenance resolved the problem.

Description:
The instrument was installed after winter calibration and the tube heater was found to be 
operating erratically.  The purpose of the heating the tube is to keep condensation from 
forming on the window.	Though erratic, the tube temperature was generally warm enough 
that no condensation should have formed.  There was never any evidence of this in the 
irradiance data.  Since it is not believed to have affected the adversely, this DQR is being 
assigned as transparent.
