SGP/SWATS/E18 - Physical changes to reinstallation

Description:
Due to the unique occurrence of a reinstallation of sensors at an existing SWATS facility, 
there are several differences between the existing sensor profiles at Morris and the 
rest of the SGP SWATS profiles. The two profiles are north/south of each other rather than 
east/west. Also, the horizontal separation of the profiles is 0.5 meters rather than 1.0. 

Sensors below the 60-cm depth were not reinstalled in an effort to avoid the 
susceptibility to lightning damage which was probably enhanced by the water table below 60 cm.

The north/south alignment and 0.5-meter separation do not affect the significance of the 
data with regard to surface flux or hydrological modeling. Users should simply be aware 
that the sensors are configured slightly differently from the other SWATS facilities.

From 1007Z on the 7th to 1707Z on the 9th: tsoil_W data is missing or incorrect at the 5cm 
depth. From 1807 on the 9th to 1807 on the 10th, tsoil_W is completely missing and/or 
incorrect. From 1907 on the 10th to 2007 on the 11th, correct tsoil_W data is available 
except for missing data at the 15cm depth.

trise_W:
All trise_W data is incorrect or missing from 1007Z on the 7th to 1807Z on the 10th. From 
1907 on the 10th to 2007 on the 11th, trise_W data is missing at the 15cm depth.

tsoil_E:
From 1007 on the 7th to 1907 on the 9th, trise_E data is missing or incorrect except at 
the 5cm depth. From 2007 on the 9th to 1907 on the 10th, tsoil_E data is missing.
