Description:
It appears as if the operator mis-typed the temperature when entering the
surface values into the system.  The value appears as 89.0 degC instead of
8.9 degC.  Also note that there are no RH data in this sounding other than
the initial value of 100%.  The reason for this loss of RH is unknown.

Description:
The sonde surface pressure reading was considerably higher than the
corresponding THWAPS pressure (988.0 hPa vs 982.3 hPa).  The sonde
readings are consistent during the sounding, however, suggesting that
this is not a case of a pressure jump at launch but one of sensor offset.
This problem will only affect those who use the absolute pressure values.
The file altitudes, which are based on the relative pressure changes
from the surface, should be fine.
