A shading issue is apparent between the hours of 0200 and 0600 UTC.  The exact start is 
difficult to determine due to the persistent cloudy conditions.  The first day it can 
conclusively be seen is 12/08/2007.  This DQR begins with 12/01 to ensure the start of the 
problem was captured.  Data outside of the affected hours should be fine.
