Description:
The NOAA Condensation Particle Counter that was loaned to SGP stopped measuring particle 
counts and was removed and returned to NOAA. The thermoelectric cooler in the device had 
stopped working. The ARM CPC that had previously been sent back to NOAA for repair was 
fixed and returned to SGP.
