The upper dome of the net radiometer was broken.  Normally this alone does

Sensible and latent heat fluxes were reduced as a result.

Description:
The windspeed sensor developed an abnormally high wind speed threshold due to worn 
bearings.

Wind speeds were often measured to be too low.  Inspect the data to identify suspect time 
periods.
