HFE/MET/M1 - Windspeed data suspect

Maximum wind values were reported as 62.9 m/s on 07/07 and 69.1 m/s on 07/17.  Other large 
wind max values were reported during the time period listed.  Very strong thunderstorms 
were in the area so it is possible that very strong wind gusts were occurring.  However, 
it is doubtful that wind gusts of 154 miles per hour occurred.
