NSA/SKYRAD/C1 - Unshaded and Shaded PIR data bad

Data during this time period is corrupted (seen as a dip in the measurements). During this 
time, the PIR unshaded was being replaced on the SKYRAD stand.
This work affected the shaded PIR as well due to the presence of the operators in it's 
field of view.
