During the MAO deployment the instrument time for the UHSAS was not automatically synched
and
tended to drift fast relative to the time corrected by a time server. The time of the data
in
the files is about 0 to 250 seconds fast. This has been determined by comparing the time
of
spikes in UHSAS CPC data. The discrepancy does not jump around. The time gradually gets
faster until it is resynched.
The Documents shows the time of the peaks used to approximate the
error in the time.
During the second time range the UHSAS clock was synced manually each month when the MAO
systems were rebooted. The time was generally within 30 seconds of being correct when it
was synced. |
