Description: | During the time range specified the down_short_hemsip data stream (PSP instrument) had
dome contamination which adversely affected the data from 2100 to 2200 GMT each clear day
during the period. |
Suggestions: | down_short_hemisp data from the a0 and b1 files should be avoided during the times
specified. The user can calculate down_short_hemisp using the following equation for each
one minute of data:
down_short_hemisp = short_direct_normal*cos(zenith angle) + down_short_diffuse hemisp
Note that the best estimate downwelling shortwave irradiance from the QCRADVAP uses the equation above by default.
down_short_hemisp data from the a0 and b1 files should be avoided during the times
