Description: | Following a power outage at the site both a PID controller for the main sample flow as
well as a circuit board on the reference nephelometer were inoperable. The PID controller
was replaced on 5/18 and the neph circuit board was replaced on 6/22. On a site visit in
August the mentor found the PID had not been programmed correctly and was reading erroneous
flows. The actual flow was at 50% of the recorded flow. Because the sample flow is
diluted by 50% this makes most if not all of the sample flow from 5/18 to 8/11 from the diluter. |
